    Every time I stop at this McDonald’s, I know my order will be right and fresh. Today was no different. Big Mac looked like the ads on TV if I didn’t smash the top bun with my thumb and fries were cooked to perfection. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Always am asked if I’ve already been helped by the manager during lunch rush.

    7pm on a Wednesday. Went inside because the drive thru was backed up. Ended up having to place my own order on the kiosk then waited 20 mins for my food....another customer waited 45 minutes. The young kid working was absolutely clueless so im hopeful he was new & just hadn't had proper training. My food wasn't even room temperature, fries were very soft & seemed as if they weren't completely cooked. Will not be returning to this location.

    Ordered food for myself and son on 12/17/25. No receipt, so I could not leave review on McDonalds website. Staff accidentally forgot kids meal French fries and kids drink, and ignored us twice when we asked them to provide the items they forgot. There is one man in a yellow vest working super hard and kitchen staff diligently making food, but front of the house staff are providing poor customer service. Will vote with our feet and go elsewhere.
