    Just went through the drive-through today a little after 1 PM. They had me wait in one of the curbside pick ups because they were backed up on the drive-through. I waited for a long time and then noticed that there were no more cars in the drive-through. I had to go inside and get my food that was sitting on the counter that they never brought out to me. You’d think with all these negative reviews that the owner or management would do something about this location.

    Every time we go there is a long wait and our meals are ALWAYS wrong. Not even "special requests" kind of stuff just basic meals no fries or wrong sandwich

    Fries were stale, cold and almost rock hard. I was interrupted twice while placing my order. I asked which window I was supposed to approach, "First window was stated." Pulling up to the first window, no employee was present. Pulling forward to the second window, Female employee starts speaking Spanish. I informed her I am not Hispanic and DO NOT speak Spanish. She persist with the foreign language, I instruct her again I DO NOT SPEAK SPANISH." Her what looked like a manger approached and looked at me distainful."

    For starters, we pull up to McDonald’s and our order is a McRib and a large coke. That’s all. There were maybe 2 people in front of us. We waited for 10 MINUTES for our food. Not because of the person in front of us, but there was only 2 people working. Making it much harder for us to get our food obviously. So we wait and wait and finally we get our food. Terrible service and terrible food. This place STINKS!!

    It wasn't the stores fault that the food was less than 5 stars. It's just what they serve. I had points and was broke so I went there. As for the quality of the food in their prep, that was 5 stars. They were quick and very courteous!
