  I ordered a bacon and cheese McGriddle and an order of hash browns. When they gave me my order and also had an order of hotcakes in there. I told them it wasn't correct that there was too much food. They took it back in and looked at the receipt and basically threw the bag at me through the window and closed the window giving me food that I did not order. The people at the window were very rude and I will not be going back to this McDonald's again.

  McDonald's needs to get app together and the espresso machine. If I order my food on the app in the app requires my location and background activity then by the time I pull up in the drive-thru my food needs to be getting bagged. Then the main thing that I want I can't have it the way that I want at any of the McDonald's 98% of the time that I place an order because the damn espresso machines don't work to do shots but yet coffee is available Make it make sense please how much money are y'all losing I'm not being able to add expresso shots to whatever drink I get?

  Putting the “excruciatingly slow” in allegedly “fast food” since forever. Over 30 minutes for Happy Meals, and the drive thru line really isn’t that long at all.

  I agree with some of the other reviews about poor management, customer service, and attention to detail. There will be some sort of issue with accuracy or something else at least 75% of the time

  This is the third time straight they did not give me sweet and sour sauce for nuggets.
