When I ordered the drink of course I ordered the wrong thing (moms just can’t get it together) my kids tried what I ordered and were disappointed. I went back into the line and ordered again (after watching the correct TikTok video) when I got to the window the lady recognized me and I told her my kids didn’t like the drink because I ordered it incorrectly so we’re trying again. I didn’t ask or question them for a refund because duh! It was my fault for ordering the wrong thing! She just immediately refunded my transaction. They were so kind and understanding of the kids want! I will definitely be saving this drink in my screenshots and will absolutely make the 30 minute drive to visit them again!

People literally jumped out of their cars to order in person and it was faster! If given the choice between Starbucks and any other coffee place go to them as it won’t cost you an hour of your life. First and last time coming here. Update: just received my iced chai latte after an entire HOUR, and it tastes and looks like toilet water with 80% ice. Don’t waste your money here.
- RErachellee elliottDec 15, 20254.0I love this Dutch Bro I live maybe 8 minutes from this location so I go almost everyday I go so often some of the employees know my name and order I just have a couple kinks and issues with this place the first issue is the drive thru I absolutely refuse to go through the drive thru at this location because of how long it takes it’s no reason you should be waiting almost 30 minutes to an hour for a drink or 2 that’s ridiculous so I always try to order ahead (if they have it open) or go to the walk up window another issue is the inconsistency of the drinks I see the same employees everyday so I know they aren’t hiring and firing new people everyday so it’s no reason I should come on a Friday and my drink is watered down and tastes like nothing but flavored water or milk and then come on a Saturday and my drink is perfect and tastes like how it’s supposed to tastes (I’ve found that the weekend crew makes better drinks which makes sense because that’s when they are most busy but shouldn’t be the case) I will always be a loyal customer because I love Dutch Bros but just some things they could fix ESPECIALLY that drive thru

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
