I stopped by tonight and the employee at the window asked to take my order and then proceeded to look me up and down multiple times. I stopped mid sentence and decided to leave. I won’t be back.

But each time, I asked for cold brew with a “small splash” of milk and received a drink that was at least 50% half-and-half. Considering I’m paying $5 for a cold brew that is immediately made undrinkable, there are plenty of other places in Hamilton County and I don’t believe I’ll be returning. To be fair, the staff was very friendly and approachable.

Numerous drinks messed up, add ons paid for not added; one time Im being handed a drink and it's just slowly leaking out the bottom spilling all over me and the car. Im just thinking can't be this many hiccups with me and this location. Even with the order ahead; imagine placing an order 20 mins prior to going to pick it up just to be waiting another 15 mins after the estimated pick up time. The coffee excellent but this location and some staff can be a whole lot better when it comes to putting the customer first. Imagine getting this kind of service and you tipping every time. After they messed up on my drink this am it was the last straw; I don't even like doing reviews but this had to be seen

Then again about a 8 months after they opened and still slower than molasses. And the drive thru merge is horrible. I even ordered ahead! I can't believe this place stays so busy, but it's probably just perception bc of the speed of service. I will just continue to go out of my way to Noble downtown. ETA: the coffee isn't great either. I thought the first time it was just weak, nope, it's always weak. Gross.

We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
