Then again about a 8 months after they opened and still slower than molasses. And the drive thru merge is horrible. I even ordered ahead! I can't believe this place stays so busy, but it's probably just perception bc of the speed of service. I will just continue to go out of my way to Noble downtown. ETA: the coffee isn't great either. I thought the first time it was just weak, nope, it's always weak. Gross.

The signs aren't set up with microphones to take orders & since it was cold outside I guess they didn't have any staff taking orders from cars to start filling orders ahead of time. Completely bottlenecks when you FINALLY get your drink, you can't even exit easily as there are so many cars in the adjoining lanes of the parking lot trying to exit the Pshopping plaza. Not fun......

The hot drink was obviously cold now that it’s been sitting for this long, and now I’m running late for work. Never again.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
