Every single time I’ve been here my card declines even though I have more than enough on it. This last time the person taking the order In the drive through said she was going to try to get a different machine then just moved on to the next person, I checked my account and I was charged but then the person at the window said I have to pay still. They really need to get this figured out.

The drive through wait is not worth it. I have been here three or four times and the wait is horrendous. Maybe Starbucks should teach Dutch Bros.how to run an efficient drive through.
By the time I could have made it through the Dutch Bros. drive through I could have literally driven to my house 20 minutes away and made a drink from my own espresso machine. Then I could have driven back 20 minutes and sat in their parking lot for another 20 minutes and drank it. Then I could have gone to Jaggers next door and eaten a couple cheeseburgers staring at the poor depressed customers waiting forever for their Dutch Bros. drinks. Then I could have taken a 30 minute nap in my car. That is approximately the amount of time it will take you to get your drink. My advice is stick with Starbucks or Java House.

Whoever approved this location should be forced to wait in line trying to get back onto 146th st. This location is on the corner of 37 & 146 inside a plaza with a cvs, very busy gym, and another fast food restaurant right across the street. All of these establishments converge to one small exit, and that includes the drive through to Dutch brothers. I’m absolutely convinced the wait times people complain about are not the result of slow employees or slow service (look at Chik fil a, which is just as busy but not in such a ridiculous location and doesn’t take half the time), but people trying to get out of the drive through who can only make a left hand turn and are at the mercy of traffic coming in and those who may or may not let them in. It now takes me at least 10 minutes to get back onto 146th st from Crunch Fitness…that was unheard of before this place was built, and it doesn’t matter what time of day it is. The line to get back to 146th stretches back to adventure time and crunch fitness every day. It has completely clogged up traffic and made it dangerous as well. I see near-accidents and road rage here on a daily basis now during my wait to leave my gym. Someone needs to address this bc the planning here is unacceptable

As a Dutch bros vet I’ve come to find this location insanely annoying.
The drive thru moves slower than molasses for drinks that have a fast designed create time to get people GOING!
I’ve come to this location maybe once a week since open, unless you’re getting there at 5am it’s a 25-45 minute drive thru wait time. It is abysmal!
Lafayette location doesn’t have this problem so I’m having a hard time finding the disconnect.
You can skip the auto bad response that you put on everyone else’s poor reviews. Just work on getting as efficient as Lafayette!

They have a drink that I like but it's not worth waiting for it. I've only been here five or six times and there hasn't been a time that I've been here where the weight hasn't been brutal to wait through. Today we waited for close to 25 minutes to get $10 worth of coffee. After I ordered I didn't move for 10 minutes. This doesn't look like it's a one-off either since I'm experiencing it on a regular basis and it looks like the reviews on here or pretty much the same thing.
The woman that took my order ended up back at the window of the drive-thru handing out drinks taking orders which tells me she shouldn't be out there in the first place. Maybe you guys should stop taking orders from walk-ups and just focus on doing a good business to drive through. The traffic here is atrocious mostly due to the location of this place on top of other businesses like crunch fitness and Jaggers being right across from where traffic empties out from Monday Drive and Dutch Bros and 146th Street. The city is responsible as are the property owners but this is an absolute mess of a corner with accidents bound to happen sooner or later.
There was close to five stars for a while there and now there's 3.6 for a business that looks like should be right up above 4.5 stars in a consistent basis but it doesn't look like change is anywhere near and I could really care less I'm not going here again It's not worth the wait or the fact that my wife's coffee was filled all the way to the top and spilled on her leg after asking for cream which you would think would have the person filling it say I should probably leave a little bit here so they can put some cream in it.
I want all my money back and my time and my life.
