I've only been here twice since they opened. However, each time it has not been so great. Drive thru employees aren't exceptionally friendly, just very blah. And each time, in the mornings, stale donuts, overtoasted and stale bagels with barely any cream cheese and Luke warm hot chocolate. It is just disappointing to spend money and have it be a waste.

I ordered less ice and my drink had ice almost to the top. I got. May 8 ounces of fluid in a 32 ounce cup.

Absolutely annoyed because I ordered 3 drinks through the drive thru and none of them were correct. The cookie butter drink was just straight black coffee, the Sabrina drink had none of its add ons, the wicked drink was full of ice and the wrong size. I’m convinced they don’t even listen to you when you’re telling them your order. They didn’t even tell me my total and gave me the drinks after paying. I realized when they handed out the wicked drink it was actually a large when I ordered small so I paid for a large when it was supposed to be small and I saw that was the case through how much I paid as well. Went inside for them to at least fix my cookie butter drink, didn’t even remake it, they just added in my 3 pumps of mocha and it still tasted bad because obviously they didn’t make it correctly. Then they stirred in the little cold foam that was on the top. I’ve had the drink plenty of times before and obviously it’s never tasted like this. So yeah if I could give a 0 for customer service I would and a 0 for not even making drinks correctly.
