Okay, as a long time Donatos Customer, this is not a bad review because of Customer Service because this aspect is phenomenal but after a recent 2nd encounter with the Nacho Cheese for the breadsticks; I got really sick the first time and my mother has now gotten extremely sick. Every time she thinks of the cheese, her body cringes.
I’m not sure what’s going on at this location with the cheese; either expired cheese, or some different ingredients but please please please look into what’s going on regarding the cheese.

The AI used for ordering was a failure. It took call the number twice for the software to understand what I was saying. I prefer a live person to take the phone orders.
