  We ordered our food through the Donatos app and it was delivered by a DoorDash driver. The food was cold and partially inedible. I called the store just to provide feedback and did not request anything. The manager was one of the most helpful managers I’ve ever spoken to and not only did they offer a refund, but they also sent out a fresh re-order. When the food got here, it was better than I could’ve expected, it was fresh, hot, and extremely tasty. The manager went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend this location.

  Much like all large pizza chains, Donatos has bottomed out. They skimp on toppings and the quality is terrible. I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza with EXTRA cheese. Zero extra cheese was added but I was still charged the extra $2+ for the topping. Staff isn't great either. It's very obvious no one cares about their jobs here. This topping skimping has been getting worse over the years too. It is definitely not worth the money anymore. Just like Pizza Hut and Domino's, they have folded under corporate pressure to increase profit any way possible. Donotos used to be really good. Lots of toppings and plenty of cheese.

  Last night it was so very cold that we ordered a pizza and chicken for delivery from this pizza place. It was absolutely delicious and we will definitely order from here again. Our order arrived within the time that was scheduled and it was fresh and hot when it got here. Our delivery driver Dave has excellent customer service skills and I highly recommend this pizza spot to everyone that checks out their reviews. You will not be disappointed. I gotta check out their Calzone next time too.

  Okay, as a long time Donatos Customer, this is not a bad review because of Customer Service because this aspect is phenomenal but after a recent 2nd encounter with the Nacho Cheese for the breadsticks; I got really sick the first time and my mother has now gotten extremely sick. Every time she thinks of the cheese, her body cringes. I’m not sure what’s going on at this location with the cheese; either expired cheese, or some different ingredients but please please please look into what’s going on regarding the cheese.
