This isn’t the first time it’s happened. They also gave me the wrong queso. Not sure if we’ll ever order here again. The service has gone way down hill. It used to be great but not it just openly sucks.

There wasn't anything fresh about any part of the food. Every batch of chips were stale. The tacos were stale. My burrito that was the size and shape of a small grapefruit, stale. The meat options were cooked probably a day or so before. Literally everything was cold. Rice was either mush or crunchy and yes, cold. What a shame to have good service, but offer such poor food. There are too many other options in the area that are cheaper and at least will serve you something relatively fresh and lukewarm. Such a disappointment on the food. Whoever is running that kitchen gives absolutely zero fs.
