  The service was below average and ALL of our food items were cold, not even warm. We waited a while for our food, and they were not even busy. Our server was dressed like they were going to the gym. It was my first time there. May or may not go back, as the taste of the food was good, just cold. 😔

  Food: 5.9 out of 10 Service: 6.4 out of 10 Food: I've tried this location twice. First time a a burrito 🌯 . Nice size, but LITERALLY 75% of it was rice and the food was under-seasoned. Second time was a taco, and again, under-seasoned and the flavors didn't blend. Service: No one seems to be working the bar, carryout is a long wait as they appear to be low on staff. But, table Service from my observations seemed to be good quality experiences. When I was helped, the staff was polite. Disclaimer: This review is based on my personal experience.   I came in today right at open and only had a short time to eat. Jessica sat me and said they could get me in and out no problem. The suggested some items because I had never been there before. Liam the took my order and delivered my food promptly and gave me excellent service. Before leaving the manager came back by to make sure everything was great and it was. I will be back for many more lunch breaks because the service food and management is top notch!

  Used to be better. Greed has eroded quality and value. They have also systematically eliminated vegetarian and vegan options, so much so that you can't order a burrito without bacon in their beans and they eliminated jackfruit from the menu entirely. It's hard to eat there if you don't eat meat, because they sneak meat in everywhere. This seems to be a soulless corporation masquerading as a small business. I hope your focus groups tell you that you're great, because everyone else thinks you suck. Also, I'm not going to email your ridiculous email address, so just keep it to yourself. You've already lost me as a customer. I'm not going to "discuss my experience." you're basically Chipotle now, except at a much steeper price point

  Food great, a bit small but fine. Service was meh but ok with workers kinda grumpy because it was late in the day close to closing. Atmosphere was cool with wall paintings.
