Ordered at noon which should be freshest food in theory and received what looked to be day old brown guac, stale chips, extremely overcooked barely edible dry and crumbly carne asada and steak on my wife's bowl. Also super skimpy portions on hers. Do better guys. Come on.

Had to ask for double on protein because dude refused to give me more than what looked like literal rations. I never leave reviews but it’s really annoying when the worst & youngest employee is upfront putting your food together and shorting you.

My chicken burrito was completely cold, as if it had been sitting for two hours. Zero heat? And my chips were stale?! I mean, they just opened... I'm at a loss as to how a burrito I ordered and picked up in ten minutes had time to get cold, and how a franchise that just opened had time for their chips to get stale.

If that warning is still up, most people would probably assume it isn't open yet. Other than that, the place is totally fine now as of Thursday 11/13. They've been open less than a week. There was bound to be some hiccups. I got a bowl and the portions were exactly the same as any other location. Food was warm and tasted exactly like Chipotle. No issues at all.

During one of their first days open, I received the smallest portion and coldest food I’ve ever had from a Chipotle—and I’ve been a regular customer for years. Everyone was very friendly, but good service should also include providing customers with adequate portions. My bowl and chips cost $14.28, while other locations charge around $13.28 for the same order. I really wanted to enjoy this new location since it’s right next door, but unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. I am literally still hungry after eating a $15 lunch LOL what a joke…
