    I've never felt compelled to write a review for a reataurant in my entire life, but the portion sizes were so small but I honestly thought I was being pranked. I got two bowls, and they could have both fit into one, with room to spare. I literally went to Taco Bell afterwards to get the rest of my meal. Obviously I can't rate 0 stars, but one star seems appropriate considering the food itself was as expected, in terms of taste and quality.

    We went during the IU BOGO promotion and the line was long but it went smooth. We were in and out in less than half an hour and the employees were friendly and efficient. Food was great! The red chimichurri is so good, especially with the barbacoa.

    Online pickup order took 45 minutes, they were doing walk up orders immediately, but we're not helping the one employee that was trying to fill Online. Lots of employees, but no one seemed to care that numerous people were waiting 30+ minutes

    I have been to many chipotle in my life and ever since this new one opened, I’ve noticed horrible customer service and incompetent staff each time. I ordered take out on app and when they didn’t give me utensils I asked for them and she looked at me like I was crazy for asking for utensils and napkins a. This should be automatic with any pick up order and if you forget to put in that’s one thing but she acted like it wasn’t her job to give me a damn fork. Hire better staff or train better.
