This was my second trip and it wasn’t any better than the first time. It’s 5 minutes from my house. I will drive past this one from now on and go to the one at 146th. Can’t imagine they stay open if this is how it’s operated. Good luck though

I ordered take out on app and when they didn’t give me utensils I asked for them and she looked at me like I was crazy for asking for utensils and napkins a. This should be automatic with any pick up order and if you forget to put in that’s one thing but she acted like it wasn’t her job to give me a damn fork. Hire better staff or train better.

I was looking forward to them opening, but after a few visits I decided to review. 1) I’ve placed orders for a specific time to pickup and they have been ready when I pulled up 10 minutes early to “test” and see if it had already been made. Yup. Cold by the time I got it and I was early for pickup. 2) They are STINGY with the serving sizes. They do not know how to make bowls. It’s pathetic. DO BETTER! 3) I paid extra for a side of queso. When I got it out of the bag, the container was LESS THAN HALF FULL! The leadership here must be terrible too, as I have asked to be contacted do to number the numerous issues and I have never received any communication back. FIX YOUR STORE!!!!!

We had four things that were made the exact same way on all of them, the only thing that was different than what was on it was that we asked for the sour cream on the side. Online you can ask for sour cream on the side and it doesn't charge you yet when we got down to the register they charged us $1.60 per sour cream also ordered a large chip didn't get it. A meal that should have been at most in the upper 40s was 54 no we will never be coming back to this location and we will be taking up the fact that they charged us more than what should have been charged.
- YCYvette CoverdaleDec 21, 20251.0This is the 2nd time I’ve been at this new location. Our first time we ordered mobile. Once we picked up the dinner order (had to wait 15 more minutes than quoted) we realized 2/3 orders were made wrong. Tonight, a couple weeks since our first experience, we went inside since the mobile order was wrong the first time. As soon as we walked in there were 4 groups of people waiting. The woman, assuming manager, said they were closing the line for 10 minutes to get caught up on mobile orders. There were 4 workers so we waited. And waited. The woman went to the main door and locked it; it was only 7:10 pm. 2 groups walked out. After 30 minutes, and 2 groups still waiting we left without ordering. There is no type of organization system and it was a mess. Unfortunate as with better management and training they should be bustling with business and happy costumers.
