The store was bright and smelled of steam, but there was no food. I arrived at the time they told me, but the time meant nothing.
The digital screen was a liar. I waited twenty minutes. Then I learned they were still working on orders from an hour ago. The air was heavy with the waiting of many people. No one spoke to us. There was only the sound of the line and the feeling of time being wasted.
I waited twenty minutes more. I asked to cancel, but they said they could not do it in the store. The system was a cage. I called the customer service line. The man on the phone spoke a broken English that was hard to understand, like a radio signal fading in the mountains. He offered me a free drink. I did not want a drink; I wanted the time back.
He said he needed approval to give me my money. I waited ten minutes more on the line. Then I walked out into the night. My hands were empty.
It is the second time this has happened here. They are always without the fajita vegetables. It is not the fault of the men and women behind the counter; they are merely cogs in a machine, soldiers in a war that was lost before it began. It is the management. It is a system that does not know it is broken.
I have never given less than five stars before. But this was bad, and the truth is the truth.

I don’t know why I keep coming back to this location. We usually drive 17 minutes further to avoid the wait, but tonight I thought it would be different.
I have a 7:10pm take out order, and when I arrived they had shut down in store orders and were doing online only, handing out the 6:15 orders as I arrived.
Because you can’t cancel the order, we were literally just stuck. Either abandon $80+ worth of food, or wait over an hour to get the order.
Definitely not the type of experience that we would expect from a chipotle.

Awful experience with this location. Ordered through my app and DoorDash attempted to pick up my order, after 5 different drivers, the chipotle first saying the order was “delayed” to then stating they never had the order, the food never came and door dash ended up canceling the order. Awful experience, got no money back because I used a gift card. Do not go here unless you want the chance of dinner not showing up to your house.

Walked in, I was the only customer in the store; took like 6 minutes before being acknowledged and having order taken. 2 of the staff were in front of me just talking, not caring i was waiting; 2 others were cleaning and joking. When finally getting my food order taken, person was not caring to listen to my order; being evident in starting to put wrong stuff on the bowl and me having to correct. There was essentially just lack of consideration and no politeness through out the whole interaction.

A very poorly run business. Chipotle needs to send the Gordon Ramsey of Mexican fast food in here to blow this place up and get it straightened out. This is not an exaggeration - every time I've been to this location every single dining table is dirty. I don't know how that's even possible. And I concur with what the other reviewers say, they are always out of most ingredients. The craziest part is that this is a relatively new store, in a high-profile location, and it's been this bad since day one.
I delivered about 800 doordash orders a few years ago when I was in between jobs, and only once did I get a warning from doordash, telling me that a place was known to screw up orders, and that I must verify the accuracy of the order before I accepted it. Care to guess which restaurant that was?
