  This is pretty consistently the worst chipotle around. The food food is never fresh, it always looks like it's been sitting there forever or you get the overdryed remnants at the bottom of the bin. They are very stingy on fillings, like half scoops for most things. Also the place always seems to be dirtier than other chipotles. All in all this is worst chipotle around in my opinion.

  Every time we go there, they are always missing something. And it was only 6:30 they still had to be open for 4 more hrs and were already out of the peppers and al pastor. They also give you hardly any protein… They need to be cleaner as well.

  Two stars feels generous. The portion sizes were much smaller than expected, especially for the price. Just because we ordered a vegetarian meal doesn’t mean basic components like rice should be lacking. We asked for a bowl with veggies, black beans, and brown rice (no cheese or sour cream), yet there was barely any rice or beans included. It felt like we were paying full price for half a meal. Overall, very disappointing and not worth the money.

  *ZERO ⭐️s for what happened, 5 ⭐️s for the way the manager handled it* We ordered 3 kids meals for pick-up. These come in a tray container with 4 divided spaces to hold 2 tortillas and three items (meat/veggie, and 2 sides/toppings). Got home and NONE of the meals had any meat. One had tortillas, beans, rice, and the 4th space was empty - NO MEAT. One had tortillas, salsa, and two empty spaces - NO SIDE and NO MEAT. One had tortillas and nothing else - THREE EMPTY SPACES. Whoever bagged this order with largely empty containers couldn't possibly have done this by accident. This caused an extra 35 minutes to take our bagged order back to the restaurant. The manager was very apologetic and compensated this ridiculous mistake very generously with extra items, which we appreciated. But sending us out the door with mostly empty containers was unbelievable (the only reason we didn't notice is because we'd ordered side items like guacamole and sauces, which gave the bag some weight). In the last week, this is the 4th time we've ordered food while traveling only to discover the order is wrong - wrong items, missing items, etc. When you're ordering for a family, it's a pain to have to go through bags and check every item before leaving a restaurant, but I'm realizing it's absolutely necessary to make sure you get what you've paid for.

  Personally, I’m not a fan of Chipotle and recent comments from their CEO just solidified my refusal to ever eat there again. Every time I’ve ever been there my beans have been crunchy and my steak dried out, but this time I didn’t visit for myself. My coworker had placed her lunch order online but when our other coworker went to pick it up for her they said they didn’t have an order for her. She called, spoke with a manager, thought things had been figured out so she sent me to go pick it up for her this time. When I got there the manager she had spoken with wasn’t there and the one that was had no idea what I was talking about. When I showed him the screenshot of her online order confirmation he pointed out that she placed her order at their Richmond, IN location lol the manager and I had a good little giggle and then he proceeded to go ahead and make her order for her, free of charge!! It was a very pleasant experience and the young manager I dealt with was totally amazing. Great customer service and great personality! If I was ever going to eat Chipotle again, I would definitely go back to this one.
