  This is a terrible location every time that I have been over the last year or two they refuse to refill the grilled vegetables and are missing half of the other items. There's no apologies from the staff, complaints fall on deaf ears, I've contacted Chipotle directly twice and nothing changes. The grill is filthy here All you need to do is look back there and see the mounds and piles of gunk on it... If you order and somehow get a trip where things are stocked they will give you inconsistent portions, one time I ordered a side of guac and they only filled the cup up not even half the way and then when asked to fill it up I was given pushback from the kid employee to which I had to remind him if I'm paying as much as they are charging me for that side and had better be to the top. It was an awful experience and every time I've gone over the last 5 to 7 attempts I've walked out because there's just hardly any ingredients I want. I hate this location I hate coming here I hate wasting my time I don't want to feel this way about getting a burrito or bowl from one of my favorite places, it never used to be this bad, what the heck is going on here!? I can only assume it's management and honestly someone needs to be held accountable. I guess what I'm saying is save yourself some headache and go to Qdoba or burritos and beer in fishers, or you could just go to a chain like Chuy's and spend about the same and get free chips and dip.

  Went for veggie bowl…they were out of Tomato salsa, fajitas, and gauc. Yet they didnt want to honor a discount on a bowl.

  The place is filthy. No one is helping at the desk. 1 girl is doing all the work while the boys sit around and do nothing. The food area is a mess. No drinks available outside rhe soda machine. Ignoring customers. Walking in and out of story ignoring customers. This place sucks.

  Worst place to go, stood in line for 10 minutes while the teenagers behind the counter BS’ed with the customer friends. Once we got to order, the service counter was a mess with food crumbs all over the place. Once we ordered, the line got held again because another guy came from the kitchen and they started looking at their phone and the prep guy/ cashier disappeared. We were there about 25-30 minutes total and finally just walked out and went somewhere else. Avoid this place.

  This location is so dirty and there is trash everywhere. So gross. Didn’t have our order ready. When I showed the surely worker the time on my receipt showing the order should have been ready, he could have cared less and instead made me wait 25 minutes. Unreal. If I had not paid already, I would have left. Clearly this location has issues based on other reviews and needs new management.
