  I went w/my 83 YO mom and granddaughter for supper and for my granddaughter to play, when my mom went to order the food (yes they were busy) she kept getting ignored. My mom finally said to the girl w/a cast on her arm “the shift manager” can you please take my order? She came over to my mom and stated you are not the only paying customer here you need to use the kiosk. My mom told her she don’t know how and she is paying cash. She said well you might just want to go somewhere else to eat then. She walked away. I then went up and I ordered on the kiosk and waited for 50 min to pay cash for the order. She was yelling at the employees and was extremely unprofessional my granddaughter was hungry so we left and so did several people and we went to Culver’s were their service was great.

  Went inside and ordered a qtr w/cheese value meal to go. Got to work only to find the sandwich was not as ordered, but it did have correct order sticker on it, the fries were 70% raw and still cold in the middle. So, since lunch was inedible I called the store. Explained the issue to a young lady that would not give her name and I asked how she could help me since I literally pitched 10 bucks out the window And then she hung up on me. I have called repeatedly and now there is no answer. The tea was good though! So there is that. Not sure what has happened to customer service these days but wow this was awful.

  Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. We've currently been waiting 20 min for 2 value meals. The timers have been beeping NONSTOP. The staff left us waiting at the counter 5 minutes before we were acknowledged. An off the clock staff was hanging over the counter chatting up someone else who seems to work here but was off. The one in the dining room was VERY loud and obnoxious.

  I’ve been to a lot of McDonald’s (unfortunately) and this one is the worst. Straight don’t recommend. Don’t even come here if you a playa starvin for a fry. Don’t trust that fry playa. Stay strong
