Mine was a chicken saled sandwich, it was largely lettuce, a small glob of meat on the edge of the sandwich, and the bread was dry. It was disappointing to see the state of the Panera kitchen. Trash and debris was covering the kitchen floor and the working were simply walking through it. The drink station was dirty, sticky and unkempt. The dining area generally looked good, lots of life and conversation among the customers!
