  This building stinks like there is a drain that has dried up or a vent pipe that is clogged! It has been like this for months! Please fix it!

  I think they would prefer if customers used the kiosk to order but we were in a hurry & it was taking us too long, so went to the counter & it didn't take long for someone to take our order. Good food, good service & very clean!

  Ordered a meal for curbside pickup today and the girl working there with long dark hair brought me out only a cheeseburger. (my order ticket was on the bag) I explained I was missing my drink and fry and she turned around and ignored me walking off… I had to come inside and explain I was missing majority of my order. After she proceeded to slam my cup on the counter and getting my fry, I went to fill my drink at the fountain. I had to then wait because she was directly in front of it drinking her drink and gossiping with another worker. The food was slop and not good either. I can tell some of the employees do not care about the customers. Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Don’t recommend.

  This location is the worst. Went in with my kids because of the play place, after 10 minutes of standing at the counter we had to place an order at the kiosk because nobody showed up to take our order. We waited 20mins for our food to be brought to us but we had missing items and had to ask for our drink cups. They finally brought them to us after CAREFULLY looking over our receipt. It was a hot mess and we won't be going back.

  Workers will slam the drive through window in your face over a small issues! (boy in back taking orders messed up my ordered and forgot a drink that I know I stated in my order) girl at the window got smart over the fact I said I was missing a drink. She said no that it wasn’t on there, I said well I need one then because apparently he didn’t do his job and take the order right. She slammed the window as I was proceeding to say I would pay for it. Once she came back with the drink, I asked her for a name when she handed me the missing drink, and she told me “I do not have to give you my name” (no name tag). I went in to speak to a manager, and apparently this one said he is GM (no name tag either) He was also rude and basically said he couldn’t do anything about it. So saying her behavior was okay. Then asked me to leave the building. He couldn’t even give me a phone number to reach the main person/ or owners(Mann Family)! What a joke to let employees treat paying customers like that. Definitely avoid this place at all cost. I wish I had an option to give it a 0 start review, because I would! The Mann family can do better. I worked for them years ago and none of their stores were ever this bad. Rude employees / managers that act as if you do not matter.
