I finished the drink not knowing the ants were in there until the end. To say the least I am a bit grossed out.

It's been over 3 weeks and I still haven't hear a word from the owner or BW3 "Go". If you have issues with this establishment don't expect to hear anything if they say they'll "make it right". Complete lack of customer service. The online-ordering app is the worst ordering app in the history of the internet. Second time in a row I ordered and it was supposed to apply the discount at checkout and did not once again. Won't try a third time, plenty of other places in Newburgh to get wings. It's a shame, we like their wings, but it's not worth the hassle trying to order them. 04/07/25 I filled out the below form via the link posted by the owner last week(twice) and have yet to hear anything...
