  Ordered through the app for 4 people. Food was not done at the time it said it would be. They forgot our drinks and then didn't put the fries in my daughters chicken basket.

  Its been Yeats since I've been to DQ and it will probably be years before I go back. It was just a sad little hamburger. Granted it was only a 2 for $5 thing that sad, thin, hard and dry patty was an atrocity. And we had to wait for them when no one else was even there. Only reason I didn't give it one star is bc the burger was given to me. Inflation? No! Corporate Greed bc of greedy shareholders? YES!

  I don’t even know where to start. I sat there for 52 minutes waiting on my food, and somehow it still came out lukewarm.Nearly an hour wait and the food isn’t even hot? What made it even more frustrating was watching person after person walk in, order after me, and get their food before I did. There was clearly no organization, no urgency, and no attention to who had been waiting the longest. It honestly felt like my order was completely forgotten. I even asked multiple employees several times about my order, and still got nowhere. No clear answers, no updates—just more waiting. That’s completely unacceptable when a customer has already been sitting there that long. I did complain, and they replaced the food—but even the second round still wasn’t fresh. At that point, it just felt like they were going through the motions instead of actually trying to fix the problem. I understand rushes happen, but this was beyond that. No communication, no real apology, and no effort to make it right beyond handing out more subpar food. If you’re going to make customers wait that long, the absolute bare minimum should be fresh, hot food and some level of customer service. This was a complete spit in the face.

  There is a woman that works the register that is absolutely hateful to the customers. Work on your customer service.

  Prices are insane, even compared to other local DQ’s. 89 cents for a tiny sauce cup (they forget half the time) & an additional 3.19 to upgrade to a blizzard on the meal deal when the sign advertises a $2 upgrade. An additional 1.69 to upgrade a drink to a large, from a medium. Almost $8 for cheese curds that are never filled up all the way.
