This location most definitely did not get the memo on fast food. The employees running through the kitchen and horse playing instead of making my food was a nice touch. Also the employees sitting outside for 30 minutes plus was nice as well. It really pulled everything together on being one of the worst locations I’ve been too.

I placed a vegetarian order through the Taco Bell mobile app, requesting black beans instead of meat because I’m Hindu and do not eat meat for religious reasons. Even though the order was placed correctly, it was prepared wrong, and I had to return to the store three times just to get it fixed. The employees were rude, dismissive, and showed no respect for my dietary or religious needs. No apology — just bad attitude and poor service. In total, this situation wasted nearly 2 hours of my time. Additionally, when I was there around 12:30 a.m., the manager admitted that a minor was working that late, which I believe is a violation of Indiana labor laws. This raises serious concerns about how this location is being run. This store needs better training, accountability, and respect for customers. I won’t be coming back, and I hope corporate investigates this situation seriously.

Thanks for $18 worth of tortilla and lettuce. They never do a good job. Will not be going there anymore. Franklin is way better and worth the drive!
