    Food was fine but I had a long drive home from greenfield and stopped here, when i got home part of my order was not there, the big mac I ordered was not in there!!! It would be a 20 minute drive to go back there to get it, then I call to let them know so I can have them refund me for the cost of the big mac and the phine rings off the hook no one answers then suddenly Phone call ends!! Now I'm irate! I'm going to have to come back there to get the refund or call my bank to do a reversal this ridiculous!

    The young man working at the drive thru was told, by his manager, to instruct me to park in a RESERVED Van Accessible parking spot. The young man was put in a clearly awkward position and he definitely understood the importance of not taking up an accessible spot for drive thru traffic. Do better New Pal McDonald's. No drive thru timer is worth taking up an accessible parking spot.

    Missing apples in kids meal, double cheeseburger meal was completely wrong. Mayo on one sandwich only. The other sandwich had no condiments at all. Neither had been requested to be changed from regular order. Tried calling store and no one answered and no voicemail option.
