Horrible service !!! Horrible staff. Haven’t met one yet that knows how to multitask. They are ALWAYS out of SOMETHING- like who runs this jawn? I mean this isn’t the FIRST bad experience. It’s he first insisted my time to leave a review . I don’t know how they can leave you at the speaker for 20
Min at a time while they make online orders . They have done that more than once and don’t go here often but when I do it’s always the same result . It’s like they purposely leave you there having in hopes that you’ll pull off because they don’t want to make your food . It’s just ALWAYS something - no bread no tomatoes no cheese No nothing . Shit happens BUT EVERY TIME?

I am missing items on my order. I have called them several times and keep getting hung up on. Nobody answers the phone. It’s just a click after it rings several times and of course I can’t get a hold of anyone to refund my flipping order of the items that were missing the manager here needs either talking to or fired. There is no reason why they can’t answer the phone and Subway® needs to do something about their website because you either talk to a robot who has no idea what you’re saying or you call 5 million different phone numbers who just wanna know about catering and you still never talk to human being so there went eight bucks yeah it’s not a lot but it’s still eight bucks. I spent on something I didn’t get.

If I could rate lower I would. I stopped going to this subway because of the employees being rude and their food was always terrible. BUT today I had to go here for the convenience...wouldn't you know it I regret my decision and will absolutely NOT be coming back. When I first ordered the two female employees greeted me and were trying to be helpful but were working on online orders so I was being very patient and understanding. Then the male employee that helped me out was not wearing anything to stop his hair from falling in to my food. My husband wanted the meat amd cheese warmed up and not toasted so when I asked him to do that he reacted with a sigh of inconvenience like I asked him to solve world hunger. This continues with everything I asked. Then the register froze and instead of trying to figure out the issue he stormed off leaving me there waiting to pay for my food. I will not be back and will continue to take my business to the subway on maplecrest and state street because they always have great service and quality. I just threw away 30.00 because my food almost made my husband and I throw up.
