  To show you how bad it has become, I called there at 10:10 to see if they will still be serving breakfast till 11:00 am. That's what it used to be, 11:00 am. But now it is closed at 10:30. If you order over the phone, it has to be picked up by 10:30 or they throw it out. The breakfast time keeps changing lower and lower. I am done with Mcdonalds.

  I honestly hate writing 1 star reviews but this McDonald’s is honestly disgusting. The food is almost always made wrong. Orders are frequently missing items, burgers are sloppy, and the fries often taste like they’ve been sitting in old oil. Sometimes they’re cold, sometimes they taste refried. The quality is very inconsistent. The restaurant itself feels dirty. One employee came out of the bathroom and went straight back to work without washing their hands. That was enough to make me lose my appetite. Service is just as bad. You usually wait a long time, the staff is rude or doesn’t care, and they rarely fix mistakes. At least make the restaurant clean, everything was sticky and grimey. Many other 1-star reviews mention the same problems: wrong orders, poor food quality, slow service, and unclean conditions. This location has every red flag. If you care about good food and basic hygiene, stay far away. If this location cares, then they will see these reviews and do something about it. As of now I’m keeping my 1 star.

  Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes between windows waiting for a shake and fries.

  Had a mobile order done as pick-up, they changed it and allowed us to run through drivethru.

  Always did a good job when I went here to this location. Inside and through the drive thru. Also, this is a cool location because when I was a kid with St. John's New Haven, this place has the teachers night here to celebrate and go to McDonalds to. Good place/location. And memories here.
