- J1JoFo 14 days ago1.0Went in to Arby's in New Haven at around 11 today. Ordered our food as we sat down the "manager" started yelling and cussing at the front counter lady then proceeded to rip into a young man that was bagging and helping with the drive through. After she calmed down she went outside to hit her weed pen (I was told by another person that came in) As a manger of a business myself I can not support a business run by a bully. Hope this gets sorted out and she gets help she obviously needs.
