- JTJenna Trevino-LeousesNov 6, 20251.0One of the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone more than once thinking maybe they were just having a bad day and tried to give them a few chances. Each time my coffee was either too watery or way too sweet, the food was either undercooked or overcooked, the donuts are almost always stale and hard as a rock and the customer service was absolutely horrible. Not to mention the drive thru line is almost always out to the street and service takes forever. I went inside I got a good view of how messy, dirty and unorganized it really was in the store itself, on top of the workers acting like they don’t see you and aren’t willing to serve you until you get their attention. I highly recommend saving your time, money and energy. Would give 0 stars if it was possible .

Trying to keep a angry coffee line in order is so hard but they kept their cool! Told them its understandable how things get scrambled and to take their time! They got it!!! Everyone should take a second and be proud these are kids coming into the working field they gotta learn somehow!!! Be kind to them!!!
