  I have been ordering from this mcdonalds for the past week and everytime i either have no straw or cold food. 10/10 would NOT recommend this place.

  I recently went on 3-26-26 placed our order while waiting the manager got ugly with customer on the phone their order was wrong .when we got ours it was wrong returned to counter to get it corrected tried to show manager my receipt no mustard or ketchup everything else.wheen I got the replacement it had ketchup returned tried to show her my receipt again got my order it had mustard this time manager was belligerent tried to show her receipt again. She said I can’t read it it was perfectly legally. She then said if I kept complaining she would refund my money and would ask us to leave. After the 4burger she got it right.she tried to make it out all my fault extremely poor manager. She also hollored at at handicap worker in front of everyone i asked to talk to manager her reply Iam the manager I see why she doesn’t wear name tag

  New Castle McDonald's is the WORST, especially during the evening shift. As usual, I set myself up for disappointment, I figured since it was during dinner hours that I would get hot food, but as always the fries are cold, nuggets cold, and ordered no pickles on the cheeseburgers and guess what? There's pickles. A $20 lesson learned; I will NEVER eat at this location again.

  If you order something just expect there will be missing stuff or cold fries/nuggets all around shitty
