  Took literally forever to get food and from the time I handed the lady my card to the time she handed it back to me was over 30 minutes

  So. We arrived at 7:32pm after the sectional basketball game. It took us until around 8:50 to get our food. Waitress rarely came. We decided to order a cookie skillet (stupid… i know) and it took another 30 minutes. 15 minutes after eating, the waitress finally came to give us our checks. She stood there for over 20 minutes. it is now 10:00pm. DO NOT COME HERE. IT WAS NOT EVEN BUSY.

  This place is awful. The first time I tried it years ago it was just as bad, but decided to give it a second chance. We ordered to-go, and waited 40 minutes before leaving to go pick it up. Turns out, it wasn’t even close to being ready. My husband had to wait an extra 30 minutes for our food. So at this point it’s been an hour and 20 minutes after we’ve ordered. They didn’t care at all, no discount, only excuse was they didn’t have enough staff, even though it was a Saturday night. They also said they had “4 cooks” in the back. Which really makes no sense to me. There was other people waiting for their food, one guy came in and his order was gone, somebody took it, so he demanded his money back but they were giving him such a hard time. The 2nd guy got his order but came back because they forgot his fries, and he didn’t get his fries by the time my husband left. The wait time is insane for no reason. And the food was mid at best. I also ordered the cookie with ice cream.. and it looks like they just quickly found plastic and wrapped it ice cream. There’s no way they actually do things like this.. right? It’s insane. Save your money and go ANYWHERE else.

  This location is consistently failing on both service and quality. I ordered to-go and waited 20 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. While waiting, I overheard other guests who had been waiting 50 minutes for their food. This seems to be a recurring issue with their kitchen management. ​Beyond the wait, the food quality was unacceptable. I am on a strict diet and rely on the nutritional info provided on their website, but what I received was not equivalent. The "naked tenders" were the size of nuggets, a side salad was missing entirely, and the boneless wings were tiny and mostly breading. ​While the manager did provide a refund when I called, the repeated lack of reliability and poor food portions are a dealbreaker. Much like the local Casey’s recently did, this location desperately needs a management overhaul to turn the service around. I won’t be returning.
