  First I type as fast as you walk to the bathroom in your own house. So buckle in! Let’s talk about how Wendy's a fast‑food chain looks at the one single thing it did better than everyone else and goes, “You know what this needs? Absolute self-sabotage.” You had a spicy chicken sandwich. Not “pretty good.” Not “for fast food.” I mean actually good. It had real heat, real seasoning, and—this part is crucial—an identifiable piece of chicken. People ordered you on purpose. You were the destination. You were the exception in a sea of soggy poultry regret. And then you just… panicked. Suddenly the sandwich is a deflated hockey puck hiding under a bread loaf disguised as a bun, like you’re trying to smuggle shame past the customer. The bun is so big it needs its own ZIP code, and the chicken is so thin it could’ve been faxed in. I’ve seen post-it notes with more substance. And the flavor—oh my god, the flavor. Or rather, the complete and total absence of it. Where there used to be heat, there is now a vague memory of seasoning, like someone once whispered the word “spice” in the kitchen three years ago and hoped that would carry through the supply chain. But don’t worry. They added pickles. Because clearly the problem with your spicy chicken sandwich was that it wasn’t pickle-forward. Not that the chicken has the personality of packing foam. Not that the breading tastes like it was seasoned during a budget meeting. No—PICKLE. Acidic crunch as a distraction, like jangling keys for a baby. And they didn’t even do pickles well. Just limp, wet coins slapped on there like: “Here. This is food culture now. Be thankful.” You want pickle? You want Spicy Pickle™? You want regular pickle? Because apparently those are the only flavor settings you have left.

  I don't usually eat fast food because the employees are always sketchy but this location is very clean and the workers here actually seem to try. I've been coming here for the last couple years and they've never made a mistake on my order either. Crystal is usually on the headphones when I come through and she's always so polite and respectful. I'm pretty positive that her leadership is the main reason why I keep coming back to this place.

  I just got off work @ midnight on a Wednesday night and placed a mobile order like I usually do. This is not acceptable. We weren't able to even eat the burgers. So greasy and not even cooked all the way.

  They seem to be understaffed and not well prepared when I have visited there the last couple of time. I stop after work about 12:30am. Food is always good and service is great. Just understaffed.
