  I went to this store today.I did an online order.A buy one get one free. While at the store noticed their protein pack wraps keep in mind. These are not pre-made, they're made when you order them. As I was ordering, I asked to have Turkey. Lettuce tomato and mayo.. I was told that I cannot have on the rap that I wanted that I had to get what was in the picture. Keep in mind if they would have been pre. Made I understand that, but they make them to order. Employees were not very nice and not very accommodating to us.As customers. Hopefully they do better next time.

  My wife and I both ordered footlongs online for pickup from separate accounts. We picked up at the driveway with 0 issues and the food was AWESOME! We will definitely be back!

  This was my first time at this location. It was awful. They would not let my child use the restroom! They have the door locked with an employee only sign! The man working did not put extra olives on my son’s sandwich as requested through the app on notes and on the actual order. They had wires hanging from the ceiling, and the walls are nasty. It was truly disappointing and I don’t see a place to complain on subways site,

  if i pay $16 for a sandwich, it better be overflowing! this place skimps on everything, employees shouldn’t be in customer service, seemed like they hated every second we were in there. choose a different location to go to!
