  I have had issues at this location before, but Lilly at the Grantline Rd location made our experience much better. My son and I rode our scooters up there to pick up the pizza and just decided to go ahead and eat our takeout order there in the dining room since nobody else was there. We ordered online and the order wasn’t correct. We weren’t going to ask them to correct it, but he really didn’t like the different seasoning. I went and spoke to Lilly at the counter about it, and another customer was dealing with the same problem at the same time. I could tell she was frustrated, but she took a step back and handled it professionally and politely. I actually liked the pizza they originally gave us. My son just didn’t. We sat back down waiting for the new pizza to be made after she handled it and spoke to her manager about it. After a couple minutes she said they’d have to throw the original pizza away anyway and asked if I wanted it. Since I actually liked it, I accepted the offer. Lilly handled it very well and took care of us. She made my son’s first dine in experience there a great one when she could have probably just said “too bad, deal with it” and make it a bad experience. It’s great for the memories with my boy and his view of the restaurant. That seems like a win win to me. This is the next day and he’s already wanting to go eat there again. I very much appreciate that. Thank you, Lilly!

  Pizza was steaming hot out the oven and perfect, cheese pull was perfect, nothing to complain about!
