  We ordered online for delivery. As fast as they are, they might need to slow down and make sure they are sending out the correct order as well as make sure that straws are sent with drinks, even when the drinks are incorrect.

  Two times in a row that my Veggie sandwich did not have avocado on it. Last few orders were messed up and missing toppings not only with mine but my family members also. So very disappointed. Will not go back.

  Several occasions have left off toppings from sandwiches, otherwise would be 5 stars.

  I just had a great customer service experience at this store. I did a mobile order and arrived just a few minutes before 10:30 the door was open and everyone was working hard and prepping for the day. They made my order really quickly and I was on my way.
