I try to avoid this taco at all costs because I’ve been here 5 times now and every single time the food AND staff are horrible. This last time I had no choice on what location to go to, but honestly i should’ve just gone hungry. My grilled cheese burrito was COLD when i bit into it and the cheese was completely unmelted. Not only that, but it was covered on the outside with oil and squished flat. I literally just threw it away and emailed taco bell. Every time i order from this location the food is horrendous and could’ve been made better by a 7 year old. And when I spoke on the phone with the manager about it, he just said, “well what do you want? you wanna come back and get a new one?” and i said NO please i just want a refund. he continued to say, “then put it in on the app.” with an obvious attitude. Corporate needs to intervene on this location because i could get the same quality of food from the dumpster of a better location…
