  This was my first time at this location. It was awful. They would not let my child use the restroom! They have the door locked with an employee only sign! The man working did not put extra olives on my son’s sandwich as requested through the app on notes and on the actual order. They had wires hanging from the ceiling, and the walls are nasty. It was truly disappointing and I don’t see a place to complain on subways site,

  if i pay $16 for a sandwich, it better be overflowing! this place skimps on everything, employees shouldn’t be in customer service, seemed like they hated every second we were in there. choose a different location to go to!

  Just started ordering from this location. After a couple of tries we will not be coming back. Placed an online order approximately 20 minutes before we were to pick it up for ASAP pick up. Arrived at the store The sandwich was still not ready and they told us we had to wait until the time that the app said it would be ready to even start the sandwich. Workers were rude not helpful and I know they could have started the sandwich anyway. Horrible customer service restaurant was dirty will not return

  The guy who runs this place isn't smart at all. Online it gives you the opportunity to turn your footling sandwich into a meal for 2.99 more. It also lets you do that while adding a coupon code on the promo before checking out. He isn't aware of that and tells me I have to get a fountain instead of a 20 ounce when clearly I already ordered it online. Nobody wants a fountain from this place because these people are dirty. I got to the other subways now.
