For years I have went to this qdoba off and on hoping that it would get back to how it was about 10 years ago but this location is snake bit. Employees don’t even turn around when you walk in the door, food quality is poor, employees can not wrap burritos properly, and if you choose to dine on they don’t give you a tray and simply hand you a burrito in foil. I genuinely don’t know how this qdoba is still operating, corporate should get be hammering this manager to get it turned around. I believe it has been and still is a corporate owned store and not franchised. I wish this location would get their act together but from now on I’ll be driving the extra distance to the state street location.

This was terrible. This location was empty when I arrived and it was the worst I have been to, explaining why it was empty on a Saturday afternoon. The food tasted very drab and had none of the typical flavor, the bowl my daughter's food came out on had old food dried to it and the service was rushed and clumsy despite no one else being there. Will not return.

Went here with my family for lunch after a day out. After toasting my burrito shell the employee making it threw the shell across the counter which definitely rubbed me the wrong way. While making our food the employees dropped multiple ingredients and entirely failed to evenly distribute ingredients in the burritos, I'm used to this part and expect uneven bites when eating at qudoba but this location put all of the quac in 2 bites. My burrito was completely soaked by the time I got to eat it despite dining in, it quickly fell apart and was generally unappealing. My family also noticed issues with their food saying the black beans were off, the chips had a plastic-y texture and most tasted burnt or stale, all of the guac fell out of the burrito bowl when they opened it, and the salsa seemed completely unseasoned. All of the booths were also very messy with crumbs still on the table and worst of all they served the burritos on dirty plates. Unfortunately I didn't think to get a picture but my plate had a chunk of what I believe was crusty beans on it.
Overall I would not recommend eating here, other locations may be fine but this specific one is extremely unsanitary.

Food is terrible!!! They are so chincy on the meat and on top of that the meat tastes like its 3 days old, literally!!. The workers are definitely not the issue, its the food, way over priced and they fill your burrito with rice , the only way to get the meat you deserve is ask for more. Funny they add more when you ask. Chipotle is 1000% better. Will never go back

I thought I would stop in to my local Qdoba to get something to eat around 8 pm, two hours before closing. What I found was the grill already broken down and the hot board in disarray. The queso had already started crusting over and plastic portion cups parts (cups and lids) in the peppers and onions. Against my better judgment I went ahead and ordered a chicken burrito. Chicken, black beans, onions and peppers, queso, pico, and sour cream. While assembling my burrito, the lady with the braids, despite wearing gloves, put her fingers in her hair several times to scratch her scalp or adjust her braids. The lady who actually finished my burrito was sloppy with the sour cream, and struggled with rolling the burrito. While my order was to-go, it was cold to the touch (I won't exaggerate and say ice cold) by the time I drove about five minutes to get home.
I work in food service, and understand the difficulties of serving the customer while also trying to pre-close and clean so the store isn't wasting labor hours and the employees can get home to their families... but we're talking two hours before close.
In any event, although everyone was friendly, I won't be eating at this particular Qdoba again. While some locations are less convenient on my commute home from work, I think the cleanliness and hot food is just a bit more important to me.
