If I could I would give Negative stars! The food was more than cold. It was not made how I ordered it. They didn't give us the extras that I paid for. And the portions are a lot smaller than the Jeffersonville restaurant...tried to call several times but no one ever answers the phone. Disappointed is an understatement.

We visited this location 12/26/25 and that will be the last time!
I was beyond disgusted that I trashed our food when I got home. Chicken was burnt to crisp beyond dry. The girl taking orders was slopping food around, cross contaminating foods. Bean juice in the queso, queso in the salsa as I watched her make peoples food and it didn’t even bother her. Talk about a mess!
The soda machine ice tray was over flowing with water leaking all over the floor creating a slip hazard.
The guy behind me ordered steak on his burrito which the same girl told him they were out. Kid next to her working jumps in and says sir I can cut you some up if you have a minute so at least someone was doing their job.
I see these older reviews of similar issues which doesn’t seem like anything has changed. Upper management doesn’t seem to care which is why the employees don’t care.
I don’t leave reviews very often unless something is serious and this made the cut.
We love Qdoba but this location gives it a bad name.

On the verge of being really bad. Came about 6:30pm last night. All items that should have been hot like meat, beans, and rice were cold. The pico looked like it was a week old. The ice tea was really good. $30 for a chicken bowl, 3 chicken tacos, and 2 regular drinks. Could have had much better food/experience a couple doors down at Puerto Vallarta for the same $30. Not a good value for the money.

Drove 30 minutes to get queso and chips at 8:30 PM. They close at 10 and they don’t have any that was hot. They would have to heat it up which it says it’s gonna take a while and they couldn’t serve it to me. Cold cause I was just gonna take it home and heat it up in the container. This isn’t allowed to I get our Santa if it was regular food it was queso either waythe 30 minute drive upsets me. I won’t be back to this location
