My mom was buying the food and the card declined on there end but it took off the money on my mothers end and the second manager came around the corner and snatched the pizza off the counter , and said your not taking it without paying for it my mother hadn’t even touched the pizza yet very disappointed very unprofessional. Y’all could have handled that way better
