You could sit in this line long enough to question every life decision you’ve ever made, and when you finally get to the window, they still somehow manage to mess up the simplest order. The workers act like handing out food is rocket science. No greeting, no smile, just an attitude like you personally ruined their day by daring to show up. And don’t even get me started on the accuracy, if you order three things, you’re getting one, and it’s the one you didn’t want. The food looked like it was slapped together by someone who was blindfolded, angry, and in a hurry to go home. Honestly, I’ve had better service at gas stations at 3 AM.

I wouldn't have minded but I had to pay an extra $2.40 for something I did not receive. I also ordered the big breakfast with extra sausage and had to wait for a remake because they made it with steak. Again I understand the morning breakfast rush, but at least have the order correct if you're gonna make the customer wait that long. I had to work myself so I couldn't spend more time waiting for the correct frappe. I'm hoping to get compensated for the items I did not receive. This is a common occurrence with the espresso.
- DCDylan Campbell6 days ago1.0I get off work at 2am (this is advertised as a 24 hour location) and tried to grab something quick before heading home and was greeted with a very nasty attitude saying that they are shutdown for the night due to being short staffed and I was one of two cars in the drive thru (they also didn’t help that car) This isn’t the first time I’ve been turned away and probably won’t be the last unless higher ups do something about the lazy night shift workers who refuse to do their job.

Avoid this location and go to Charlestown road or state street where they have a better dynamic and processes. This location continuously falls short. Also the worse place to pick up DoorDash orders. The employees do not care.
