ALWAYS FORGET MY MOBLIE ORDER. I always give them grace because I know they have to deal with all sorts of customers, but today I’ve had it. This is the 4th time that they’ve completely just forgot about me. I got my drink and a young man told me that I needed to pull up for my chicken sandwich. I was very understanding but hesitant especially since last time I was here during lunch hours I was sitting there for almost 30 minutes and three people at different time kept coming back to look at my receipt. This time I was there for 20 minutes nobody came and I just watch the get cleared and still nobody came or question why I was still there. Hopefully I can get a refund since I can’t ask for one the app. Do better. Going to a different location for now on! Thank you for consistently being disappointing!!

I pulled up to place an order and I wasn't attended to for about 5 minutes. Then, when the employee did take my order I had repeat my order several times, I could not understand what was being said over thru the speaker, the employee was short with me and harsh, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my order at the third window, and then an item was left out of my order.

I stopped at McDonald's because I needed something quick, but the experience was disappointing. I ordered one meal, and the cheeseburger had only one pickle and no onions. The fries were old, and my iced coffee took over 20 minutes. I was asked to pull forward, then eventually had to go inside, where I was ignored by multiple employees who were busy talking. When I finally asked about the coffee, I was told the machine still needed to be loaded before they could make it. Let's just say it's not worth your money or time.
