The employee making sandwiches wasn't wearing them either. Corporate and the health department needing to see the video camera of them doing this . Health department needs to make them wear gloves when handling raw food.

I asked two girls for sauce and saw them go to grab it then waited 10 minutes for it since they had orders to run out … they never gave it to me I had to ask someone else. They didn’t even make the curbside order for the girls in line behind me until they came in to tell them they had been waiting a while. The service sucks but the soda is always yummy.

Now theres long waits with what appears to be staffing shortages. Food looks old, not fresh, and isnt hot. Spent $40 tonight for my family bc my kids wanted grinch meals. The big Mac burgers looked and tasted disgusting. The fries were not fully cooked and they were not hot. Drinks not full and barely any ice in them, one was supposed to be extra ice. I waited 15mins for my food to come out & I ordered on the app about 15mins before I arrived. Will be going to a different location from now on.
