They had use pullover into a drive thru spot next to curbside while our food was made. We waiting for 30 minutes before a worker asked us to come inside because the manager handed out our food to another customer and did not want to deal with us. If the worker hadn’t taken me inside while my husband stayed with our baby, I would have never received my food. The managers need to manage the store better and ensure all customers who have paid are served without needing to cause a seen. The managers Nikki or Britany never did attend show up to handle the situation and luckily a worker rang up our order and gave it to us finally. This location needs to be managed better, until then we’ll travel to the Grant Line road location instead.
