Food is cold and the service sucks rotten eggs. I wouldn't be surprised if the over night crew has had complaints on them. One night I went there and ordered and they said a price that was crazy and I asked them what is the order and then I just drove off.

The lady on the speaker was extremely rude and claimed that my order was not placed for drive through and that I’d have to come inside. I explained to this person that my app SAYS pick up in drive through, it must be some sort of in-app issue on their end. I was extremely kind in my explanation, with nothing but rudeness in return. I always order for the drive through and the app said drive through on my end, I just worked a 12 hour shift and wanted to pick up food quickly and go home. Also told this person that my dog who was in the car with me had literally just come out of a surgical procedure and asked if we could just have our order through the drive through. She stated “no, you have to come in”. So I had to come in with my dog who was still groggy from being under anesthesia from his surgical procedure to pick up my food because it would be safe to leave him unattended in the car. Just appalled by the behavior.

But it never fails my order is always wrong anytime I go here at night! Tonight I asked for mayo and extra onions to be added to our double cheeseburgers. We get them and there's no cheese on them and nothing else but a pickle! Ive tried to call and speak to a manager but someone just keeps answering the phone and hanging up!
