    Normally no issues however there was a woman working the closing shift who was acting very rude making sarcastic comments and being impatient. She even managed to get the order wrong when I (a picky eater) always order a slim 1 which consists of ham cheese and bread. Nothing more

    When you can no longer get what you order from a place there is no reason to return. We won't be back. Ordered three sandwiches, two were kinda right but missing ingredients, the third was marked as the ultimate Italian that we ordered, but was a ham sandwich. All sandwiches were marked wrong on the outside. This is the 2nd time our order has been wrong and the last time we will order from here. Do better.

    This place has turned into a hell hole! Will not be back! Food, service, and the assistant manager were horrible! The assistant manager is disgusting herself and should learn how to talk to people.

    Food was great. But, we walked in as well as two other people and there was no one in the restaurant except maybe one other person. And they don’t even look at us or acknowledge we’re there for about 10 minutes. We had to say something to them, and they weren’t kind and had no sense of urgency. We also did not receive a bag with our order.

    Very few places frustrate me to the point that I leave negative reviews. However this place is the absolute worst. You can pre-order, and it does not make a difference. Every wait here is like an hour, even if they barely have customers. As we speak I’m about to leave a $30 paid order behind because that’s how exasperated I am. This place doesn’t even meet the minimum standard for acceptable service, much less freaky fast. Just shut it down already.
