  I was going to pick up donuts at 7 am on 2/15. Go in two people working stand at the counter no one acknowledges a customer. No cars in drive thru or customers other than self there. One guy working behind the counter walks over and looks at me three times and shuffled off. Behavior seemed like if they waited I would leave. I did went to Krispy kreame and was greeted by three employees and also given a free glazed ring. Don’t know how often this takes place at Dunkin’ but I will not be returning which is sad they have one of my favorite donuts.

  I went inside to order a $5 wrap breakfast deal. I ordered it with bacon. I got in my car, took a bite and there was no bacon. I took it back in right away and the red haired woman was very rude and asked for my receipt. I said, I was just in here 3 minutes ago. She looked disgusted and frowned at me. She told another employee to make a bacon wrap. I told her I didn't like her attitude because it wasn't my fault and they got it wrong. It even said bacon on my receipt. She practically threw the bag at me and I said thank you! She just scowled and walked away. That's when I told her she needed an attitude adjustment because it was their mistake, not mine. I won't be going back!!!

  I really appreciate how they helped fix my order when I placed it through the app, but they did not have the items in stock. Wonderful service!

  At 6:14 PM my partner and I got coffee, during drive thru we ordered large latte, large mocha Frappuccino large black coffee and one chocolate donut. When we went to pay and get our order the lady at the drive thru got our order wrong. We had corrected her on it, she thought our latte was iced and my partner said no it was a hot latte. At which point the worker decided to sigh “ok” in a very sassy tone. Given how this is a service job I’m appalled at the level of unprofessionalism. Once we got our drinks she thought we were done, no, we had also ordered a donut, and we reminded her of that fact in a non rude manner “we also got a donut.” The worker had the same level of unprofessional attitude the first time, and charged us for this donut. We never received a receipt from her so I’m not sure if it was put on our ticket the first time but the donut was 100% ordered on our end because we had an entire dialogue on them being out of pink donuts, and only having chocolate left. But the general unprofessional attitude and “forgetfulness” of this interaction at the drive-thru has left a sour taste in my mouth. Not to mention the fact that once we arrived home (2 minutes from the Dunkin store) the coffee was lukewarm at best. I’m sorry but it’s not like we were the only people in the line, I understand it is New Year’s Eve but this is just sad, if you’re gonna stay open till 7 then at least act like we’re not an inconvenience. We were not in any way rude.
