When we went to pay and get our order the lady at the drive thru got our order wrong. We had corrected her on it, she thought our latte was iced and my partner said no it was a hot latte. At which point the worker decided to sigh “ok” in a very sassy tone. Given how this is a service job I’m appalled at the level of unprofessionalism. Once we got our drinks she thought we were done, no, we had also ordered a donut, and we reminded her of that fact in a non rude manner “we also got a donut.” The worker had the same level of unprofessional attitude the first time, and charged us for this donut. We never received a receipt from her so I’m not sure if it was put on our ticket the first time but the donut was 100% ordered on our end because we had an entire dialogue on them being out of pink donuts, and only having chocolate left. But the general unprofessional attitude and “forgetfulness” of this interaction at the drive-thru has left a sour taste in my mouth. Not to mention the fact that once we arrived home (2 minutes from the Dunkin store) the coffee was lukewarm at best. I’m sorry but it’s not like we were the only people in the line, I understand it is New Year’s Eve but this is just sad, if you’re gonna stay open till 7 then at least act like we’re not an inconvenience. We were not in any way rude.

It was my first time trying the munchkin donuts. They were alright. The restaurant is located near Waffle House.

But if I get the bagel bites they are inconsistent lol. Sometimes scalding sometimes cold. Such a minor issue but we love them.
