When I arrived 30 minutes later the app still said my pizza would be ready in another 25-30 minutes. Spoke to employee inside who couldn’t find my order. Looked up my order number on my confirmation email and then employee confirmed that they had not even started on my pizza that was supposed to have been ready 5 minutes prior. Cancelled order and asked for refund. DO NOT TRUST THE APP TIMING. Dominos employee agreed that app does not give real time approximations. Sadly, we have ordered here before and the pizza is very good. But if you can’t rely on the estimated timing, it’s really not worth the frustration.
