Went in made a bowl and changed my mind. Everything look disgusting and has been sitting there for 4+ hours. Lettuce browning. Black beans are mushy kind of refried texture. Guy said ohhhhhhhkay like I was weird for not wanting to eat at the chum bucket. I’ll take the 20 min drive to veterans parkway thanks

I’m a regular goer, (about once a week) and I went in today for a bowl and got 2 1/2+ scoops of rice which I wish I got every time, I was happy about the rice portion(almost to much but not complaining). But then I order the regular chicken and the container of it was basically empty and I at most got 1/2 a scoop of chicken. I normally get at minimum twice the amount I got tonight and I think the guy doing my bowl was new because I order the chicken el pastor on the side and he tried putting it in the small clear plastic cup instead of the larger cup it’s supposed to come in and I asked politely about it and he said “oh yeah I forgot” but just put the portion from the cup in the bigger container. Not happy with this experience. I’m sticking with chipotle for now but if this guy is doing my bowl and portions it like this or someone else portions it like this again I might have to switch over to qdoba.

The drive thru staff are great. Food is good. The cost can add up fast, but you can usually get two meals out of one order. They are large. Food is fresh and tasty.

Thought it was a drive through but realized that it was online pickup lane, so I just stayed in the lane and ordered on my phone and was given attitude when I explained to the worker what I was doing, mind you nobody was behind me. Somehow the bowl I ordered ended up being $15, just for it to be given to me MAYBE half full and completely overpowered by the salsa, with a super chewy piece of steak that I literally had to spit out. I live in this area so I’ve been here before and it’s been fine at other times, so it’s probably just the staff that I dealt with. Being given an attitude with no provocation is one thing, but $15 for a bowl that not only didn’t taste great but was barely half full is highway robbery. I wish I would have taken a photo to prove how little food I was given.
