  The drive-thru is snail slow. They parked all 4 vehicles in front of me and me just to beat their timer. Instead of imprving the speed of service they're choosing to be dishonest if you ask me.

  Sat in line for 15 min with two people ahead of me just to order , after ordering pulled ahead and waited another 10 minutes. This place is terrible

  This is supposed to be a pancake.....paid $20 dollars for two orders of pancakes and a breakfast sandwhich(that was cold).Lets not forget we waited over 20 minutes for our order..We were told the pancakes were made fresh to order..💀💀 This food is absolute trash-the workers should be ashamed of themselves for serving absolute trash. Would you serve these pancakes to your children.....NO!!! I will never visit Dairy Qween on State Street..Place needs to be shut down...in my opinion...

  I ordered on the app. I arrived at the designated time. I stood at the register 8 min before I was waited on. I waited an additional 11 minutes before I was told that they didn't have one of the items I had ordered and paid for on the app. I said just forget it because by this point I had realized how nasty and dirty this establishment is. I asked for my money back. They can't do that.... how convent! Snapped a few pictures.... why not I had the time. About 15 min later I finally got the substitute item and the rest of my order. We do not eat out often but wanted a sweet treat and thought DQ would fit the bill. I was scared to eat anything from this DQ. My treat is in the freezer untouched. This was not end of the day messy restaurant. This was filth that has built over a period of time. The cook seemed lively but the ladies making the ice cream treats looked straight out of a Living Dead episode. The whole situation was awful.

  Karen and Ancion should be ashamed to call themselves managers. Just worst customer service and you can spend 50 bucks in there just to have them mess your order up and have an attitude about correcting their mistakes. I will go to DQ in the Knobbs or chillers. This location is the worst and needs better management.
