  Normally this restaurant would get 5 stars all the time , but lately they have had some hiccups in their service. While everyone is super friendly, they have been not checking the orders, and I have never thought about needing to make sure my order was complete. However last two visits things have not been in the order, 2 times a sandwich was missing, and today the dressing for the salad was missing.

  We love Chick-fil-A. My husband went today to try out the new location, and the food was horrible—the fries were stale, and so was the chicken. It’s one of my son’s favorite restaurants, but he didn't even want to eat it. And to top it all off, we were short 12 pieces—though when I called, the young woman I spoke to was very polite.

  I’m a night shift nurse and I stop by this chick fil a on my way home often. Emma has been working in the drive through line the last couple times I’ve been and she’s always so bright and positive. She really brightened my day after a long shift!

  Quality has slid down hill since the founder has passed, it won't be long and they will be open on Sundays soon. Its not worth the price anymore to me.

  Love the food but love even better a good service. “Treyson” I hope I got his name right I was having a hard time reading the name tag. He provides customer service that is hard to find in many businesses now a days. His smile and body language showed that he was genuine and respectful. Definitely my new chick fil a location. Note: Dined there 4/13/26 around 7:30 pm hope he gets recognition for his customer service.
