  This is on me for continuing to order from this one when the one on grantline is 100 times better. They never give sauce. Always out of something. (Being out of roast beef at Arby’s is crazy!) Foods cold service slow. Get an attitude when you ask for the sauce you ordered THAT THEY NEVER GAVE YOU! Will be going out of my way to the grantline road one from now on. As a restaurant manger you can tell when the manager doesn’t care about their job. Unacceptable.

  Easy to see why its 3.8 stars, should be less. Pulled up to drive through, 0 customers in line and sit there for 3 minutes without so much as a peep from anyone. So I left.

  WORST SERVICE EVER!! Spent 20 minutes waiting for my food only to be told that I had been COMPLETELY FORGOTTEN while the drive-thru workers were joking around and smoking in the back. Wasted a half hour of my night! Avoid at all costs! At least the McDonald's next door will give you food! This place will take your money and FORGET ABOUT YOU!!!

  Not many fast food tastes good anymore. Arby's seems to have real food. So far we have a winner. Hopefully they keep serving real food. Lol

  Horrible, food is cold and they can't even give the sauces you ask for. Why spend SIT DOWN RESTAURANT MONEY if you don't get anything close to what you pay for. Never ever going to this location again.
