It's busy and appears to stay busy, which should give all the indications that its good...and it was. Service was good. Food is always good. If you're in Nashville, hiking, shopping, or what have you, Big Woods doesn't disappoint.

The wait time was totally understandable, yes there was a lot of people. But the fact that when we finally got table it was so sticky that I couldn’t even place my hand on it. And so when I brought to the attention of the waitress all she said was -“I cleaned it, it is just the way it is” Are you kidding me?!?! By the time food came out it was nearly cold but I just figured it’ll be less stressful to go ahead and eat it than call her back and complain. So yes, their restaurants in Indianapolis, Greenwood and Noblesville are great. But this one went downhill.

She was attentive to our table needs, even though the restaurant was fairly busy. We never lacked for a drink refill or wondered where our server was to place our order or ask a question. Ariel checked in with us regularly and made sure we were treated as though our experience mattered. Thank you, Ariel, and Thank you, Big Woods. We continue to have great experiences each time and will be returning.

Ordered a Thin crust pizza with sliced pepperoni and Mushrooms... got hand tossed with diced pepperoni and I guess you could call it, Mushroom dust..??..and I really do think they forgot to put sauce on it too... when we asked the server if this was the thin, he said yeah, then looked at it and just kinda laughed and said oh no, sorry.. and walked away 🤯 never was asked how things are, not a beverage refill offered... not a friendly experience at all... So, this place is added to the not gonna go again list.
