So we went to our car and ordered from phone app. The phone app kept wanting a 4 digit code??? Went back inside employee was not any help at all. We ordered 3 soft tacos, and 1 taco no cheese and 1 soft taco no cheese, we also ordered mild sauce (4) and the twists. I received notice on email that our order had been placed. Went back in because phone screen was stuck on wanting a 4 digit code. So I went back in, after a while I asked if we needed to go thru the Drive-Thru. She turned around, grabbed a sack, placed it on the counter. When we got back to our rv (3 blocks away). The soft tacos were cold and there was no sauce. Nope, won't go back! Very disappointing.

Secondly rude as hell employees and lazy as well. Had an attitude the whole time. Didn't bother helping anyone that's asked about the kiosk and told multiplecustomers they wouldn't help them at the front counter and they had to use kiosk well guess what some of us don't know how to use that crap. An itsbeasier for someone to just take a dang order then us having to go to a computer and order from it which takes longer to do. I will never be going back here after my experience and I used to love this place but nah not now. Place is worse then mcdonalds and that's sad.
