This McDonald’s always messes up your orders doesn’t give you everything that’s supposed to be in the meal makes you wait forever you tell them the food isn’t in the order They act like you making it up. You have to show them. The parts of the meal aren’t even in there. . They’re just a mess.

i ordered a small mc flurry with extra oreo and fudge . these workers ration the food like it personally comes out their pay checks. I ate the first layer and everything else is just vanilla icecream , what is that ? is it not an oreo mc flurry ? they don't even bother to mix it up or put enough so that's it's not just vanilla icecream with a sprinkle of oreo

Waited over 10 mins at curbside for 1 burger. They never came out so I went in & had to wait another 15 mins! They never apologized or offered anything for the inconvenience. This is the worst McDonald's EVER!

The manager personally brought my food to the car. I could tell she was serious about her career. My food was made fresh. I appreciate it so much. Thank you.

I placed a mobile order and accidentally selected counter pickup instead of drive through. When I arrived at the drive through, I was told I could still pick up my order there.
At the first window, I was told I did not need a receipt and could proceed to the next window to receive my food. At the second window, the employee refused to give me my order and called over a manager.
The manager, who later identified himself as Mike, spoke to me rudely and stated he was “too busy for this” and instructed me to come inside. I went inside and received my food.
When I asked for the manager’s name and the corporate contact information, no one could provide it. Eventually, the manager approached me and said his name was Mike and told me to “tell corporate that he was busy.”
Mistakes happen, and I understand how fast paced food service can be. However, the lack of professionalism, clear communication, and basic courtesy was disappointing. A simple explanation or calm resolution would have avoided the situation entirely.
