I arrived at approximately 9:49 PM. A new employee informed me that the store was already closed, despite the posted closing time being 10:00 PM. When I pointed this out, he stated that the owner, whose name he said begins with "M," had given him permission to close early. While he did ultimately make my order, his behavior and communication were unprofessional. This experience was very disappointing. I value the convenience and consistency of your location, but this encounter has made me reconsider my patronage.
