Leti has a attitude issue and can care less about customer service. I asked why they couldn't call the customer to say they were having issues and I was accused of yelling and she was going to hang up. Sorry Papa John's you just lost a long time cystomer!

I would say Customer service! I waited over 2hrs for my pizza to be delivered and then the delivery driver didn't know my address, called me and then acted as if I gave him the wrong address. I made the online order and kept reaching out to customer service on the phone, first time they answered and said my order would be here in the next 30 mins then 30 mins passed and I kept calling and calling from 3 different phones and no answer and once they answered they would hang up! I have screen shots of the calls and all my proof. NEVER ordering from here again. I also filled out the manager callback online from the feedback and no response still. It's been over 2 weeks going on 3 weeks!!! Horrible service!!! And nasty cold food once it got delivered!

It was just terrible the pizza was dry they didn’t cut it and we ordered garlic bread sticks (YUCK) I swear a dog wouldn’t even eat those bread sticks. I really want to show the pic of food but it’s not giving me an option to upload pic
