  Worst McDonald's location in the tri state area. It took 35 minutes to get my breakfast because I was waiting by the speaker and not being served. There were at least 5 other cars in the line not being served. So, I went around to the window but they didn't make my order right I only got half the order and the half I got was missing two items sausage and the hash brown were missing. I also didn't receive a breakfast sandwich I ordered. So I had to go in and it took me saying the same thing 5 times to 3 different people for the manager to remake the order correctly which should not happen in a restaurant. It seems as if the manager here has no idea how to work in hospitality or do their job at all. I frequently get McDonald's breakfast and have never had a problem at any location across 4 states literally. This was 3 separate problems in one order (1. speaker not working, 2. missing half my order, 3. the half the order they did give me was missing 2 items) with no apology or even common curtosey from the staff especially management. This restaurant needs to be restaffed entirely or shutdown. All staff I interacted with acted as if they couldn't handle their job. This location runs nothing like a McDonald's should. I'm shocked how bad this was compared to any other McDonald's from Wisconsin to Illinois to Indiana to Michigan this is seriously the worst run McDonald's due to incompetent management who just doesn't care.

  Some change needs to happen at this location. This is the slowest fast food I have ever been to and it always is. Constantly dirty inside, constantly have employees not doing anything just standing there. Takes at least a half hour to get my food whether I order ahead or in person. And to make matters worse they always forget an item or mess one up. Today forgot my son's 6 piece chicken. Strongly considering driving 20 minutes away because I might be done faster and actually get all my food.

  just horrible service, from the manager getting attitude, crew. it took them 20 min, plus when i had asked how long for a mobile order, all that teen said we dont have it. but they did founded, still got attitude and excuse was that they where short on people. but the fact that all indoor order where been given accordingly. when i said check the time, didn't bother to check nor apologize. Crew had misplace my order ticket. plus my food was not fresh.

  "Cats away the mice will play." Store manager is on vacation. Went through drive-thru, made it to the window, got our drinks, told to pull up and they would bring our food. 15 minutes later, walked in to check on my order, which was 2 value meals. That's when we asked for the store manager and were informed they were on vacation. Was told wait another 5 minutes. In total, 35 minutes for 2 value meals. Wonder how long it would have been had we not walked in. In that time, 3 other customers came in with order problems. Guess we were the clowns 🤡 today.

  The food is getting worse every time we go there. Customer service dining in, now that is a joke. Not a friendly face at all definitely act like they don't want to help you. They will look at you and they will turn their back and they'll do whatever they're doing you wait for a few and then they decide to come and take your order. And this isn't just once in a while. My two youngest kids like McDonald's for their Happy meals so unfortunately I have to go there.
