When we entered we were not greeted but stood by the register until someone in my party jokingly said where are all of the employees and one of the employees heard that and said they would be over there in a minute which was fine So we waited about 20 minutes and even had an employee come to the register and grab donut holes for another order in the Drive-Thru and then not even address us as we stood there so we ended up just having to walk out because they refused to serve us without actually saying they did.

Thrusts my card back at me with an annoyed “here!” Sticks my bag out the window while busy complaining to the employee behind her and not even acknowledging me, I politely say thank you and she can’t even acknowledge me with a you are welcome or have a nice day. Maybe dealing with the public isn’t for you or you need a hug. For added fun my sandwich was overcooked, seriously how do you screw up a toaster oven.
