I try calling the store and got a different line and was told to email a copy of my receipt. I went back to the restaurant and told them the rice was not cooked and woman asked if I wanted another bowl with brown rice. I went with the brown rice because they kept serving people the uncooked white rice. After she gave me my bowl I asked if I could get some chips for the inconvenience and she told me she already gave me the bowl. I wasted gas both trips because I didn’t want uncooked rice. I was not rude and just left because this was a very interesting experience.

Then ordered me a free meal which only covers so much. I asked for a refund and was given $17, which equals the same price as one bowel.
